「Restaurant/Bar sowie das Personal wirklich top! Das Frühstück war moderat. Parken ist auch absolut kein Problem (kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor der Straße oder auf der Fläche gegenüber). Jedoch befindet sich das Hotel (egal ob Zimmer, Restaurant/Bar [stört mich persönlich nicht, da es sauber war sowie eine gewisse Art von Nostalgie hatte] oder Lobby/Flur) einfach in einem veralteten Zustand. Wer Lust auf eine Zeitreise in die 80/90er Jahre (das Telefon in meinem Zimmer hatte Preise in DM...

「This location was perfect in the countryside and very peaceful. Loved the balcony and the room was comfortable with a nice occasional chair and desk. Bathroom and closet good too. The room was very clean and towels were replaced and the bed made daily but only bathroom garbage was removed, not the garbage in the room and it seemed that the promised cleaning after two nights did not take place so no cups cleaned or tea replaced. The breakfast was good with an offer of made to order eggs daily....

「This is an amazing find, I would describe it as a hidden gem, the decor and design is just decadent and really well done. The restaurant served a culinary experience rather than a menu which was really really good and it was positively surprising. 」

「Taurus is in a great location. It has friendly and really helpful staff. And.....it has a Fire Alarm! The alarm in my room went off at 3.00am and I struggled to get back to sleep after because there was absolutely noone around to say whetyher or not it was a false alarm for certain. The alarm woke at least one other guest but he didnt get out of bed! 」

「I was on a cycling holiday across the Netherlands and had cycled 50km when I arrived at the property. While checking I realised that I had left my bank card in the previous town some 10 km away. The proprietress checked me in without payment and after I had a badly needed shower drove me there and back to collect their card. Really friendly and personable and a very comfy bed!」

「Etablissement très propre. Endroit très calme. Chambre parfaite. 2 lits simples : un matelas à renouveler devenu trop mou.」

「Heel leuk hotel, fijne bedden, leuk balkonnetje erbij. Ligging is ook prima binnen 15 minuten bij mooi natuurgebied en winkels en restaurants. Zeker een aanrader. Laat alleen je spullen nog even in de auto als je gaat inchecken. Receptie is aan de andere kant van de weg. 」

「Burg Boetzelaer was zeer verrassend. We hadden een mooie kamer met 2 verdiepingen. Slaapgedeelte en woongedeelte. De badkamer was ook perfect. Goede douche! Alles zag er netjes en verzorgd uit. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar wel genoeg keuze. Maar 16 euro is teveel gezien wat er is. 'S avonds heerlijk gegeten in Kalkar en gewandeld in het Uedemer Hochwald. 」
