「The view from this unit has a spectacular. The weather wasn't good for the beach, but it would have been easy to get to with the walkway just at the bottom of the stairs. Unit was furnished with all the necessities. Close to shopping and restaurants. 」

「What a beautiful villa! My husband and I stayed here for a week in January. Very well-appointed condo. The attention to detail is superb with everything we needed from comfortable bedding to kitchenware, down to paper towels, dish soap and beach chairs! Tracey and Steve have used every inch of the layout of this condo purposefully with the guest in mind. Exceptionally clean and fresh! 「The condo was incredibly clean, organized, and thoughtfully stocked. The host was very easy to work with, checked in on us, gave amazing recommendations. The property is literally steps from the beach- so nice to be able to pop back and forth. We will be saving this particular property to hopefully visit again. 10/10!!」

「The Condo has a beautiful setting on the 3rd floor over looking the Atlantic Ocean. Sunrises were beyond beautiful. The condo is nicely decorated, just a little dated. We loved our 3 days with nice long walks on the beach. We had a beautiful New Year’s Day BBQ dinner with our daughter and boyfriend who were staying in another unit in the same building. The Charcoal BBQ’s on site were a nice addition. We immensely enjoyed our dinner with the dusk settling in, with the sound of the waves and fresh...

Liked the double balcony, spacious feel of the rooms, keyless entry, and with a great kitchen table for dining and games or puzzles. Will definitely check availability for this unit for our next trip to Hilton Head. Also, we like this location on the island. 」

「Property was excellent, exactly as listed. We have had several rentals in the past on Hilton Head, Island and this was the best. Communications with the owner were clear and consistent, including same-day response on a question we had. We are very pleased with our stay and our only wish is that we would have stayed longer. 」

「Overall good stay. Great location. Close to shopping, restaurants, and River St. It was nice to have a full kitchen. Was clean and safe. Four cons though… Parking situation, elevator, neighbors, and the bed. Parking was a pain. Wish there was an assigned spot for parking. Had to carry all our luggage down the street in the rain. There’s a big parking lot in the back of the building that would be perfect for parking space… The elevator was broken while we were there so get ready to walk up three...
