Was hard to get hold of the owner and get check in instructions. I had to chase a few times and get vrbo to chase them. On the morning of check in I was advised to transfer a security deposit of a few hundred pounds to get the check in details. It was all fine but I was nervous we wouldn't get the details in time. The shower ceiling had a a lot of mould and the doors in the hammam and sauna could do with a bit more cleaning.
