「We booked a suite. There was dirt on the floor and the dishes in the cabinets were not clean. There were lipstick marks on the glasses and the silverware had food on it. We also found toilet paper behind the dresser and shoved into weird places around the couch and stains everywhere. The tub spout was also pulled about an inch away from the tub wall which caused the latch to not work properly to get the shower head on, I can also only imagine how much water is getting behind there.
