Der Checkin hat auch nach der Öffnungszeit der Rezeption funktioniert. Wir hätten gerne Fahrräder reserviert, jedoch ist es nur bis 17 Uhr möglich und deswegen einen vollen ganzen Tag zusätzlich zu bezahlen wollten wir aucz nicht. Checkout war ebenfalls unkompliziert. 「Es war eigentlich alles super außer die Kommunikation. Ich habe keine Information bekommen. Wusste deshalb nicht, dass man sein Kennzeichen anmelden muss um überhaupt reinzukommen. Ich musste auf der Anreise Gebühren bezahlen, da es mir nicht mitgeteilt wurde. 」

「It was smaller than I expected, but that was due to an error in the listing. It said 3 bedrooms, while they meant 3 beds. When I pointed that out to the owner, he immediately changed it. He was very friendly. The kitchen and leisure room are clean and as described, it's a pity that the fridge can't be used though, since the kitchen is shared. "とても綺麗で新しさを感じるホテルです。ユトレヒトセントラル駅から徒歩５分ぐらいでモールの中からアクセスできるので雨に濡れる事もなく、治安も良く、食事やスーパーにも困らない大変便利ホテルでした。アムステルダムのホテルはどこも高いのでユトレヒトにあるこちらのホテルはコスパも良くお勧めです。洗面も明るくとても清潔で、シャワーはガラス張りの個室になっていて、外にお湯を飛ばしてしまう事もなくとても使いやすかったです。（シャワーカーテンが苦手なので助かりました＾＾）ホテルのスタッフの方も笑顔で丁寧で親切にしていただきました。オランダ旅行する友人がいたらおすすめしたいホテルです。"

"トイレの水が止まらなくなり、夜中だったがしばらくしてスタッフが見に来てくれた。その時はそれで収まったが、結局その後も同じ症状が見られたので、スタッフがした対応と同じことをその場ですることになった。修理が必要とチェックアウト時に伝えたところ、真摯に受け止めてくれた。スタッフは親切だった。"
