「This property was perfect for us! The location offered us the ability to explore other areas of the Keys with ease. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view was absolutely beautiful and offered plenty of both sun, shade and room for all guests to have space. Perfect!」

「Small but comfortable studio rental. Each 8a/8b/8c unit has own picnic table, gas grill, and 2 Adirondack chairs w/ table under the awning/roof. Nice 7sqft fridge/freezer. Water is hot but low pressure. Bed okay but a bit soft. Second pillows are red "pleather" not best for humid climes. no beach towels. pre-check in email never landed but they called back within 5 minutes. Finding the place took verbal direction (its mid way up "1st Street" on (R), right after 'club house' which is a large...

The jetty is great for views and/or fishing. Marathon is great base location to explore the keys. First time in the Keys. Loved it and would rent again. 」

「Our condo couldn’t have been better! It was so clean and had plenty of room. I am a tea drinker and was so happy to see a teapot in the stove top! It’s those little things that make a place perfect! Our view was amazing from the tiny balcony. The pool at this complex was huge! We used it every day. The location was within a short drive to many great restaurants. I highly recommend this condo and want to come back soon!」

「Cute, clean room and property. You won't be disappointed. Recommend to All. 」

「Love this place! Very friendly and secluded. Not your typical resort-look elsewhere if that’s what you want. But if you want a friendly private sailing camp where you hang out with other fun people and like to sail and kayak, this is absolutely it! The use of the sailboat alone more than pays for the room.」

「The place was clean and had most of the things that would need. The second queen bedroom did not have a TV. That was the only downfall. Even though it was above the restaurant you did not hear anything.」

「Everything was lovely except I felt rushed on my departure date. A front desk representative knocked around 9am to find out what time I was leaving. If your check out policy is 11am, you should not knock on people’s door to find out what time they are planning on leaving. It doesn’t feel like a luxurious experience when you do.
