On 3-5 /8/24 we have stayed for 2 nights at the Rose & Crown Hotel in Bainbridge, Yorkshire. We came after a long hard day and were very tied. First we given the room number 8 , but after we came in and took out all our stuff, it tended out that it was impossible to use the toilet because it was blocked with something. The staff asked us to leave the room and tried to fix the problem for a while, but in vain. So we were moved to the room number 4 , but some time after we have entered, it tended out that the toilet door was half broken (it was impossible to close it till the end and staff member tried to help us with this, but in vain) and that the water in the shower sink drained very very slowly, so we had to stay like in the sort of "lake" and wait for the water to drain. The personal of the hotel apologized a lot once again and we were given a glass of beer each and next day we were moved to the room number 14. Unfortunately in this room there was no internet, the water stream was very weak and there was no hot water. We think that
In theese circumstances it was absolutely unacceptable . We spoke with the manager Wendy about the refund money at least for the first night. She has said that in such a circumstances our request seems legitimate and that she is going to check it and will give us the answer by e-mail within several days. Unfortunately, despite several phone conversations with Wendy and other staff members, we haven't received any answer till today
