You'll love this quaint 3 bedroom rancher -- new home, professionally decorated, new furnishings & amenities. Sleeps 8, including two queen bedrooms, and a guest room with a twin over full bunk bed with trundle bed. Professionally decorated to be your perfect vacation retreat.
The hot tub on the back deck is at your disposal 24/7.
The beach and several popular resorts towns are only 20 minutes away. The renowned Baywood Greens golf course is an 8 minute drive.
Note: this is not a home for partying. Our neighborhood is quiet and we respect their comfort and privacy.

Perfect Family Spot
We always go to the beach for a girl's long weekend with my mother and daughter. This home was in a very quiet wooded neighborhood. It was close to everything, and it had everything we needed and then some! We hope to go back again next year and make it our new spot!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinem Abstrich
Wir haben als 4 köpfige Familie ein paar Tage in Lewes verbracht. Das Haus ist schön groß und sauber. Alles was man braucht (von Sonnenschirm / Boogie Board für den Strand über Waschmachinentabs bis hin zu Gesellschaftspielen) war vorhanden. Auch der Whirlpool auf der Terrasse war ein Traum. Wir waren zweimal am Rehoboth Beach, haben eine Dolphin watching Tour gemacht und waren in den nahe gelegenen Outlets shoppen. Alles ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Patricia hat immer schnell geantwortet und uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Den einzigen Abstrich, den wir machen mussten, war die Geräuschkulisse. Zum einen gab es einen permanenten hohen Pfeiffton im Garten, nach Rücksprache mit Patrizia kann dieser nicht abgestellt werden. Er gehört zu einer der Elektrischen Anlagen im Haus, ggf gewöhnt man sich dran („white Noise“) zum anderen sind (fast) direkt hinter dem Haus Bauarbeiten von 7 - 7 Uhr (auch am Samstag). Mit geschlossenen Fenstern sind beide Geräusche kaum zu hören. Hier entsteht anscheinend eine neue Wohnanlage.

Quiet beach getaway
A beautiful well kept escape from the busyness of Coastal Highway. Our family of six had plenty of space to lounge, play games and prep for the beach. The neighborhood was a great place for morning walks and a nearby trail was perfect for the runners in our family. Host was quick to respond to questions and helpful during our stay. We will be back!

Amazing property
We were speechless as to how clean and well kept the house was. The owner put thought into the decor. The communication was fantastic. Any questions prior to our arrival were answered quickly. The neighborhood was very quiet, we were off the main path and that’s what we wanted. It was a very reasonable drive into town for our needs. I would recommend this property a million times.

Wonderful home
The house was wonderful. Everything was clean and in its place. The owner was lovely to talk with and very prompt in answering any questions. The beds were comfortable, the living room was very relaxing after a day of fishing or antiquing. The kitchen’s appliances were great with a nice size frig and a large island. We made use of the extra large washer and dryer. The master bedroom's shower is large and very inviting. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back next year!! :)

Great family stay
We had a great stay in Lewes, close enough to a few beaches and activities without being right in the middle of all the people and traffic! It is a beautiful home and has just about anything you could need while visiting. We were out much of the time we visited but during our downtime the space was comfortable, clean, spacious and had great amenities like fast Wi-Fi, multiple tvs with so many options to watch and great deck with a nice hot tub. We would definitely recommend to others and stay again in the future!

Beautiful home close to everything but has the quietness you need after a long day.
Owner was amazing to communicate with. House was impeccable. Will be coming back next year. Forget about staying on the beach and boardwalk when you can stay in a beautiful new development in the country. So quiet at night. Jacuzzi too. Five Stars!

This property is amazing. It’s clean and comfortable. The minute my friend and I arrived we felt at home. It is decorated beautifully, and the beds were very comfortable. I loved driving on the back roads. We would rent here again.
