「The property is very cute and the breakfast is great each morning! However, there are many parts of the hotel that were under construction, either being built or fixed. The hottub was empty sitting by my room, so unable to use that. There were also no staff in the afternoons or evenings when I was there, so I could not enjoy the bar aspect of the outdoor dining area. Owner was responsive and said he was having trouble with afternoon staff. Location is convenient to central Vulcano and various...

「Hotel is a little dated ( sunchairs could do with a refresh) but overall the service is 5 star and the rooms were comfortable and clean with good walking distance to centre of town - be aware it is uphill though so if you have mobility issues not the best choice 」
