「他の方の口コミにもありましたが、チェックインの場所がとてもわかりにくかった。部屋は清潔で、快適な部屋の配置でした。洗濯機、冷蔵庫は良かったのですが、コーヒーメーカーがかなりの年代物で使えませんでした。キッチンコンロは蚊取り線香型で、フライパン、食器、、、かなり古いものでしたが、一応使えました。しかし、この値段でしたら、また利用したいと思います。エレベーターがないので、スーツケースを2階まで運ぶのは大変でした。駐車場もストレスなく利用できました。アパートメント型ですので、無料の部屋の掃除、タオル、シーツ交換、ごみの片付けはありませんでした。有料でありましたが、利用しませんでした。」

「The owner sent clear communications regarding the property prior to my trip. The studio was clean and ready when I arrived. I couldn't have asked for a better location. This studio was literally only a minute or 2 from restaurants. The beach was super close as well. I will definitely stay again!」

「I love that this property is right on the beach. We were there over Christmas. The property was not fully booked, so it was fairly quiet. The Gulf was too cold for us, but we enjoyed using the the provided lounge chairs to relax on the beach. Lots of shelling to do. Not a lot of people at this time. Pool was not a bad temperature and was clean. The property looks like an old motor lodge, but they have kept it nice. Our room did not have a lot of updates, but it was sufficient. 「Great location to be able to walk to the beach and many restaurants. We did a long weekend stay and it was a nice couples getaway to be able to see the sunset each day and enjoy the night life. Parking is very limited but we expected that and planned accordingly. Was able to message the property owner for a couple questions and got quick response. 」

We did have issues with not being able to get local TV channels, only Amazon Prime shows & movies available Cabinets had all the necessities in bathroom & kitchen and even a couple extras. The nightly rate was just right for the sq footage & amenities 」
