The interior was really nice and housing is very clean and new. We had everything we need from condiments to any appliance. Plus side is that you can see the ocean from the balcony. Close enough to the airport and shopping centers yet far enough so that you are more secluded in a gated community where you feel safe clean and it’s beautiful mountains and ocean views. Newly built house in questinable neighborhood

"As other guest mentioned, this house is in the questionable neighborhood. The beach nearby is occupied with homeless and we feel very dangerous. Don't recommend to walk around the house. The interior was really nice and housing is very clean and new. We had everything we need from condiments to any appliance. Plus side is that you can see the ocean from the balcony.
