The Pond View House - quiet country getaway w/ hot tub

Bring your family to this newly-renovated 3 bedroom home that sits behind a small pond. The open floor plan makes it easy to cook a meal in the fully furnished kitchen, watch a football game on the big screen and visit with the family. This home is located 15 minutes from Paint Creek Lake and 30 minutes from Rocky Fork Lake. And within an hour's drive, you can be in Columbus, Dayton, or Cincinnati. No pets allowed.

{The space}
The master bedroom has a king size bed with an attached bathroom.
Bedroom #1 & #2 have queen size beds and share a bathroom. There is also a small half bath off the kitchen.

There is a table with 6 chairs, but can be extended with table leaves that are stored under the table top and add 2 additional chairs that are provided.

There is a stacked washer/dryer set in the closet off the dining room.

A fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, range, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker and cooking utensils.

Other things to note:
Guests do not have access to the basement at this time.

Guests also do not have access to the shop building.

The pond just went under renovation as you can see in the aerial view pictures. So we now wait on rain water to fill it up. So there is no fishing available at the time.
