"The views from the house over the bay are stunning. The close access to Paimpol harbour, 15 minute walk, so convenient, no need to drive. Paimpol is a great location, harbour, good restaurants, friendly staff. A great holiday location and property if you have a dog. The beach is 5 minutes away and lifeguard present for bathing."

The village of Plouha is nearby and has a wonderful bakery and fish shop as well as coffee shops and other food shops. There are several walks and attractive beaches nearby. Our host was very welcoming. The cottage was stylishly decorated and well organised. The washing machine and wood burner were a bonus. We highly recommend this cottage and host."

"House was clean and in a lovely quiet area. However, we would highly recommend owners updated their beds which were very uncomfortable. Also, as a courtesy, perhaps basic toiletries, I.e. Toilet rolls, liquid soap and washing powder be made available. We travelled from Australia & for obvious reasons did not pack linen (for bed) nor towels which generally are standard. We would not recommend this property. Also, contract was sent in French and could not be translated. A simple agree/disagree...

"John and I are in our 70s and stayed at The Manoir du Roselier with our daughter and son-in-law. I can honestly say that we have stayed in many wonderful hotels over our 54 years together but this one is way beyond exceptional. The rooms had many wow factors, our bathroom and the one adapted for those with disabilities were thoughtfully designed with top quality units and facilities. The lighting everywhere was superb, modern but sympathetic to the style of the original manoir, the beds comfortable. Everywhere was scrupulously clean and designed to be able to keep it that way. Breakfast was amazing with tastes of local dishes (kouigin amann and far breton) a selection of local cheeses and a wonderful array of breads and pastries as well as fruit and yogurt. As we were only there for one Sunday night, we were unable to use the restaurant for an evening meal, but the cocktails were delightful (which we enjoyed with a game of Scrabble!) Of course the location is superb too, we had sea views which added to the joy of our stay. The staff were attentive and friendly. Thank you for such a memorable visit. We certainly want to return! "
