「Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!」

「Has bugs in room but mangers was very friendly and came and sprayed and took care of everything. There seem to be maybe residents who live there full time and some of them are quite rowdy at night, if you are having to work on base early in the morning or can be a pain. But overall it served it's purpose. 」

「We have family in the area and visit yearly. This was the first time staying at this house and it was perfect for our family of 5. The house was spacious with two bedrooms on one side of the house and the other two on the other side which means that everyone had their own space. The backyard was great for our goldendoodle to run and play. It was very close to all shopping and the neighbors were so nice. We will definitely stay here again.」

「John always has the place nice and clean. We had a very good time with our family in Orange Park. The house is close to the mall, golf courses and grocery stores. 「This location has the ability to be a great rental, but right now it is just good. The outdoor space is one of the big selling points of this property and it really needs to be worked on.
