For those who are not wanting to be by the strip, this is a good option. While the main building might be considered a little dated, this particular unit is pretty nice. We normally rent houses on VRBO, not condos as in this case. So, we didn't have conveniences like washer/dryer in the unit, convenient parking or much in the way of kitchen pantry items that we're used to. Laundry facilities are coin operated but were fully occupied when I tried to use them. They are also a pretty good walk from this unit. Still, I would definitely take it over a hotel room. Everything worked. Couch was comfortable, patio is very nice, king bed was comfortable, (didn't use guest bed). The property didn't feel busy and was pleasantly quiet. The main detraction was the presence of a little bit of a strange odor. My wife has a very sensitive nose and we had to open all the windows and doors for a few hours. After that, it was bearable for her. I couldn't tell if it was a scent from cleaners/deodorizers or if maybe the previous occupant cooked something with an extremely pungent odor. But, as long as we kept the windows open, it was fine. And, after a couple of days, we didn't really notice it as much. All things considered, I would stay there again. Not sure if my wife would, though.
