「House is essentially new. The patio out back and living areas all face the Organ mountains which are so pretty. Equipped for cooking and bbq. 「Theo is an amazing host and his property is top notch. The pictures don't do the place justice. The 1mi private driveway is a bit rough, but nothing any car can't handle, just be sure anyone arriving the first time at night is careful because there are some places you would not want to go off road. 「This is a great place. The road getting to it is a bit ruff. But once you are there it's so worth it. It may bethe quietest place I've ever been. When you are outside, you do not hear civilization. Only an occasional bird. The place itself is well equipped, clean and very comfortable. 」

「Very comfortable for a single or couple, it’s a studio with nice bathroom and closet. Kitchen is minimal but works well for coffee and breakfast (I brought my travel toaster) and microwave/take out meals. Separate entrance was private and off street parking. Quiet neighborhood. I’m not aware of any “winery experience” but I gave it five stars anyway. 」
