Arrival at hotel very confusing with to receptions in same hotel Over first rooom was not claen at arrival ( dirt in all drawiers and araound the room)l The second room not much better but possible to stay in, ask for an better room , no one avalible. We paid for a Deluxe Seaview room but only got a standard room with sea view. Very disipointing. Cleaning not good, ghad to ask for claen towels and toiletteries several times. No pool towels and pool not clean

Worst experience I had. Bad in cleanliness, poor service. Run down condition
The hotel is beautifully located at the cove of the island and I could view the sunset. The room given to us was spacious and comfortable especially for the young children. The swimming pool could be viewed from our room so we could monitor the children while they were playing. Good.
Now come to the bad experiences...The facilities in the hotel are lacking for e.g. we did not have a telephone in the hotel when we check in. We have to ask the front office for it.
It was indicated in the booking form that we needed transport to and fro the airport since we have 2 toddlers and a baby with us but it did not arrived. We have to get our own transport which cost us M$25.00 to and fro the hotel.
Why were we not informed that there is no ferrying of guest from the airport??

Good price to value option
I stayed with three friends in Langkawi Resort for two nights and it was a good price to value option. Hotel stuff was really nice and always ready to help. I would definitely stay there again.
