"Our stay here was okay I mean we’ve been to worse places but as we arrived we were met with a hole in the floor between our 2 single beds. Then as we were going to microwave our food the microwave had mouldy food inside of it. The manager & cleaners did offer us a different room but we were settled by the time we found the food so we just stayed in our room. "An amazing place, the kids and dog loved it. So much freedom with it been locked gates and fence. Great selection of toys games and outdoor equipment theyve really thought of everything. Highly recommended for anyone with children. The space inside and outside the property is amazing no one was in anyones way loads of space to do your own thing. "We enjoyed a very lovely stay for the carabao cup celebrations, staff and hotel were all perfect, as was the use of the robot room service which was the cherry on top for my 6 year old son. I would have given a 5 star review but have been left with a sour taste in my mouth on departure, as we were informed the hotel no longer offers discounts on parking despite both the carpark signage and the Maldron hotels website both stating it does, just feel very misled."

"Enjoyed a 3 night stay. Quiet area but short drive to lots of lovely places. Breakfast had a good choice. Like a lot of buffets the food could have been hotter. We managed to use the pool and hot tub on 2 occasions, you just have to keep checking for a quiet time. The pool area around the hot tub has some signs of slight mould. Jack who served in the bar and restaurant was lovely, he really couldn’t do enough for you and was constantly checking with guests if they needed anything. Malcom less so when asked if there were any chef specials available instead of apologising for something advertised not being available, I was told they were far too busy to be bothering with Chef specials.Bed comfortable, room a nice size with a good shower room. Busy hotel and would stay again if we were in the area. "

"We had a wonderful time the staff was so helpful, kind and thoughtful. It was like staying with family. Couldn't have been any better, thanks so much. Audrey and Mark the managers run a great staff. Even though the hotel was going through a renovation and name change from Sleeperz to Four Point Flex by Sheraton they made our stay comfortable and put us first and kept everything clean and tidy. We would like to thank all the staff members expecting Shannon, Ruben, Gabriel, Sebastian, Lauren, Michael, and Julie for making our week stay so welcoming. We will be back again some day.
