「○レセプションの方々がとても好印象。 △前日夜に、翌日早朝のタクシーを頼んだが、約束した時間の2分後にはタクシーがいなくなっていた。その後、すぐ次のタクシーを呼んでもらえなかったので、焦ってしまった。 ○シャワーの流れが悪かったので、伝えたら、すぐ直しにきてくれた。」

「Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Head South Lodge! Alle Mitarbeiter waren super lieb und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren groß, modern und super ausgestattet - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage zwischen Meer, Lions Head und direkt an der Main Road, wo sich viele Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden, war perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder」

「The Hotel was lovely and with a big attention for details. We got a cozy and big room with a privat garden. The stuff was amazing : both shifts: Domingos and Sheley were Fantastic and very helpful and kind. We love the place and the vibes and the hotel Is basically walking distance form everything. We walked twice to the Waterfront Mall and we felt safe all the way and enjoyed a pleasant walk. We also meet the German owner who was very kind and warm. We will come back cause CPT is amazing. 」

「Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe mit Pool in der gepflegten Umgebung von Sea Point, Kapstadt – familienfreundlich, sauber und sicher. Alle wichtigen Attraktionen, einschließlich des Tafelbergs, sind in maximal 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Einziger Kritikpunkt war das Frühstück: Mehrfach mussten wir unnötig lange auf einen freien Tisch warten. Das Frühstück selbst entsprach solidem internationalen Hotelstandard.」

「V&A Waterfront　の近くで、一人歩きで往復しても不安なく歩けるのがとても良い。スタッフは機敏で丁寧に対応してくれる。周辺の治安が数年前よりもさらに改善されているように感じました。夕食をV&A Waterfront で食べて陽が沈んでからホテルまで歩いて帰れる安心感や、ホテル周辺はウォーターフロント含めランニングルートにもなっていて、歩道にキロ（距離）表示がされていて、良くランナーたちの姿を見たし、ホテルの部屋の広さもバスルームも快適に過ごすことができました。 」

「Very uncomfortable. Being originally a prison, the hotel suffers from subpar room design. While it's suitable for solo occupancy due to the lack of proper separation between the bed and toilet areas, using the restroom in a shared room is inconvenient, resembling the layout of a prison. In a city with poor security like Cape Town, the only advantage is its proximity to the V&A.」
