「Wir haben alles wie im Inserat beschrieben vorgefunden. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Anliegerstraße, kein Durchgangsverkehr o. ä. Jetzt im Winter konnten unsere Kinder direkt am Haus Schlitten fahren. Die Umgebung spricht für sich. Herr Krieg war ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber und bei Fragen stets erreichbar.」

「Wir waren für zwei Nächte in dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus, alles perfekt sauber, super-freundliche Gastgeberin, grandiose Lage mit herrlichem Seeblick. Alles war perfekt, vielleicht ein bisschen mehr Geschirr und Besteck für 8 Gäste. Wir kommen gerne wieder!」

「We had a lovely experience here. The house is located above Oberterzen and has a brilliant view of the lake and mountains. 20 minutes downhill to the gondola and close to everything you want to do in the area. The house was clean and spacious. The pictures don't do it enough justice.」

「We spent a very enjoyable 3 days at the chalet - the view from the balcony was like being in a postcard! Everything was new and clean, and the laundry was so helpful. We walked to the chairlift for a day of hiking in the Alps, visited the Zwingli house just down the road, and discovered the Fortuna Cafe and nearby waterfalls. Made pizza on the outdoor oven and the cow parades passing the chalet were an extra treat to experience on the last day! TV and the upstairs bedroom are small, but great...

「Oerlikon駅から歩いて２分程度で、買い物や外食には大変便利です。各部屋にキッチンと冷蔵庫が付いており、鍋や食器も揃っているので、毎日料理して食費を浮かせることができました。Wifiも問題ありませんでした。２週間以上の長期滞在でしたが、部屋の清掃とタオル交換は週一回行われていました。地下に共用の洗濯機が4-5台あるので、いつでも洗濯できます。洗濯後に乾かす物干し竿とアイロン、アイロン台も部屋にありました。（タオルは自分で洗うということだと思います。）フロントもないですし、普通のホテルとは違いますので、注意が必要ですが、私にとってはとても快適でした。予約すると、メールが送られてきたので、案内に従って登録して、鍵を得るためのコードをもらいました。事前にこれをしていないと現地で苦労することになります。９月中旬の滞在だったので、暑くも寒くもなく快適でしたが、冷房設備がないので、真夏は暑いかもしれません。大きな道路に面しているので、窓を開けていると騒々しいと思います。」
