INSIDE THE HOME
This cozy cabin offers a warm and inviting atmosphere with beautiful wood paneled ceilings and beams throughout. On the main floor, guests can relax in the spacious living room and cook together in the bright kitchen - the perfect spaces to enjoy time with loved ones. The main floor also includes a bright primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed, as well as a laundry room and full bathroom. Outside, the large backyard is a great space for the whole family to enjoy, complete with a patio featuring lounge furniture, perfect for morning coffee or a nightcap under the stars. Upstairs, guests will find two additional bedrooms with peaked wood ceilings and a full bathroom. The guest bedrooms feature a queen bed in one, and two bunk beds in the other with ample space for kids to play or for older children to hang out.
Maximum 2 pets allowed and $100/pet fee must be paid before check-in.

Tahoe stay
Great location, close to everything. The house was clean and well stocked. Kitchen had everything. Available airbed was a big plus. We'd stay here again.

Cobwebs throughout the cabin, mixed-to-poor comms.
We were excited about staying at this cabin. 4 days prior to, we emailed the Property Mgmt Co [i.e.- Tahoe Signature Properties, TSP] to ask if a slightly later check-out the morning of our departure was possible... no reply. We arrived for our 3-day stay, called TSP the following morning & left a VM msg to again request a slightly later check out for our departure in 2 days (11am or even 10:30 instead of 10am). Received a call back & was told that another party was checking in (@4pm) the day we were leaving but the individual at TSP said they'd check to see if the cleaners could start at one of the other properties that morning. Said individual promised to call us back shortly to let us know either way... no call back. We called TSP the next morning since we still hadn't heard back & again requested an extension of 30-to-60 mins for our check out the next day. A different individual at TSP said that shouldn't be a problem as no one else was checking in the following day but they'd need to sync w/ the cleaners to tell them to show up at 10:30 or 11am instead (& would call us back). Uhh, ok, conflicting messages from one day to the next. This time, 3rd attempt btw, we did hear back from TSP & the answer was "no, unfortunately check out has to be at 10am". Ok, it is what it is, but when we're paying hundreds (3+) for the cleaning fee we'd expect there to not be cobwebs throughout the cabin which there were... MANY! We took pics but can't upload. Unfortunate. :(

Great location, lots of space
This property is located close to so much. A short drive to Northstar or Palisades, with Lake Tahoe and plenty of places to walk the dog. Our dog loved the squirrels that were everywhere! The house doesn’t look spacious from the front but it is. The 3 bedrooms are huge, and the washer and dryer seem pretty new. The backyard is also really big, with plenty of room if you have a pup with you. The kitchen was well stocked, and the house was very clean on arrival. All in all, we’d definitely stay here again!

Great Home, walking distance to Kings Beach
Really enjoyed our stay here. The home is well maintained with all the amenities we needed. The backyard was great for us and our dog to hang out in. The kids loved all bunking together in the bunk room and spent a lot of time hanging out there. The house does get warm in the nights, but the neighborhood is quiet and we found opening the windows and using the ceiling fan kept us the perfect temperature. It was a short 12 minute walk to King's Beach - we used our car to shuttle most of our group, as well as beach chairs/floats etc to the beach and then returned the car home and walked down - it was perfect. We'd definitely rent this house again.

Almost perfect for two families
Two queens and a big bedroom with two large bunkbeds were perfect for our group. Kitchen wonderfully stocked. Small issues with WiFi - move-in instructions were incorrect and prop mgr didn’t figure it out for awhile. Very cold outside for our stay and it took some time to figure out how to get the right temperatures for both upstairs and downstairs otherwise upstairs was cold.

A Great Stay During Massive Snow Storm
This is a wonderful home in Kings Beach. We stayed during the recent massive snow storm and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood and neighbors were all very nice and helpful. The back yard was fantastic for our two dogs. We really appreciated that the owner had arranged for the driveway to be cleared of snow and the property management company is super responsive. A car with 4WD or chains is a must in snow/ice conditions because the neighborhood has hills. This is a great location for skiing at Northstar (the drive to Palisades can be considerable w/ weather and traffic). Kids room is awesome with tons of games. Would definitely stay again.

Great little house!
Our family stayed here for a few days for our first trip to Lake Tahoe. The house was fantastic and had everything! Well stocked kitchen, linens, ample seating, etc. Our children loved the bunk room! It was filled with toys and games to keep them busy and backyard was perfect for our dog. I would say that the only con to the house was that it is a long walk to the beach with small children and parking is very limited in the summer months at the beach parking lot. Also- it was very hot at night even with every window open, ceiling fans on and screen door open. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!

Good House in Kings Beach
This was a good house in the Kings Beach neighborhood. The house itself is nice, clean and well stocked. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nicely done with plenty of pillows, blankets, and towels. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The backyard is nicely shaded. There are plenty of chairs and a little round table in the back. We never ate out there but it was pleasant sitting out there while our dog wandered around. It is so nice having a fenced in yard for our dog. The house is on a bit of a hill, so it made walking back from the beach with all of our things a long walk. We did the walk more often to get ice cream, eat out, or play mini golf. We drove to a nearby beach called Speedboat Beach for a change of scenery from Kings Beach and really liked it. Also, the house is really close to paths through the woods, which was great for our dog, instead of walking along the crowded beach area.

Great location and perfect for our family
The house isn’t huge, but it is clean, well stocked and was more than enough room for our family. The upstairs room with the bunk beds is quite large and the kid used it as their own play area/living room. The fenced yard was great for our bernadoodle. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and was nice to be able to walk down to the lake and town. We’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful weekend for 2 moms and 5 teenage boys
We had a really great time at this house for a weekend of skiing. Everything was great, the kitchen was well stocked and everything worked great. Highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to get away!!

Stay at King's Beach
We came to King's Beach for a long weekend for my brother's wedding. We brought our 8 lb dog along and she seemed to be just as comfortable as we were. The house was well-equipped with everything imaginable, including ample doggy bowls and doggy beds. We feel so fortunate to have found such a lovely house, with a completely fenced in backyard for our furry friend, and hope to come back and stay here for future vacations. Thanks for trusting us with your beautiful, comfortable home!

Even nicer in person !
This is a beautiful spacious 3 bedroom House with easy access to the beach and stores. We have two young children who absolutely loved the bunk beds - there’s two sets both full or Queen size ... so huge! Their room was filled with cool toys and little coloring desks. They kids were very happy, minus the heat ! The other upstairs bedroom has a gorgeous view and a small deck. We stayed when the temp was 93F outside so my only suggestion would be a small window AC unit as it was quite uncomfortable in the kids bedroom even with the ceiling and standing fans on. The rest of the house is super comfortable and the photos really don’t do it justice. It’s much bigger and nicer looking once you get here. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this gorgeous Kings beach house for your vacation ! We hope to see you again !

Nice place in a mixed industrial user area in KB ("The Grid"). We liked this place and our pooch loved it. The only knock was that the hot water was hit and miss!

A great experience from beginning to end.
Absolutely the best equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable with extra blankets and the bathrooms were equipped like a nice hotel. Loved the fireplace that kept the downstairs cozy without using the heater. Salt was provided to keep the driveway clear of ice. They thought of everything to make our stay wonderful.
