"Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,. "The room was small with a balcony that had view to nowhere. but the room was very clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was big and very clean. The kitchenette with dish washing machine and microwave made the room a cozy and handy place to stay."

"The house is beautiful located on top of Lake Lucerne. It has excellent location to have as a station to visit central Switzerland. Stunning views from the house to stay in and enjoy your days too. Ruth's and Hanspeters' house is a home away from home. This house has everything and more than you will ever need for your trip. "There seemed to be some confusion over our room we tried to rectify it straight away especially as there was no light in the bathroom, but no one was at reception desk. So was sorted next day. The room was changed and was more like what we had booked, it was clean but basic. Im not sure I’d go back there again. On Expedia it said you could get food at an additional fee. No such service. If I’m honest I was disappointed with it. "

"The location was good. Key holders are friendly people and helpful. It’s a school campus so students are the main residence. The apartment itself was clean but there were no other necessities supplied aside from toilet paper. "

"Spacious, well-equipped rooms with a comfortable bed—everything you need for a great stay. It’s close to a ski rental shop and just a few minute walk to the train station. The location is convenient and very quiet. I’d stay here again."

"A great apartment for exploring Zurich. Travel around the city is super easy, a short walk to buses and trains. Only downside was the noise from the trains when the window was open but then it is a balance with the plus of having them close by. The apartment itself is lovely and has everything you need. The communication with the host was great. Our door lock was low and battery and they attended to it very quickly! "

"A really lovely apartment. It was clean and everything needed was provided. The host quickly got back to our messages and helped us out. We enjoyed our ski trip, just a 10-15min ride by car to the resort and also our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and we didn't miss any utensils."

"The room was modern and clean and the location was great. The only complaint was that the lobby and hallways (even on the 4th floor) smelled like cigarette smoke throughout the day. Thankfully the room did not."

"This is a wonderful hotel situated in a small town just off the motorway The room looking out at the lake was lovely. They provided a mat and a bowl for our dog which was a nice touch. Parking on site is easy the breakfast fabulous. All the staff are friendly and so helpful. Will definitely return if passing again, but would stay longer to see more of the area. "
