「Pros: Eine super schöne und stilvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in Seenähe. Alles war super sauber und die Sitzecke im Aussenbereich war toll zum frühstücken und abends zum draußen sitzen. Es hat an Ausstattung nichts gefehlt. Vermieterin war sehr nett und der Check in, sowie Check out verliefen reibungslos. Gerne wieder. Cons: Eigentlich nichts, es müsste nur die Kurtaxe umgeändert werden, da wir statt angegeben 1€/Person/Nacht, 2€ bezahlt haben. Ist aber nur zur Info und keine Kritik. 😊」

「Lovely apartment complex, 2 nice pools. Very clean and secure. Checkin time is 3-3:30 never usually early. You can order fresh bread and pastries each day from reception which is nice. Most but not all apartments have lake view ours was only a partial view. 100yards from part with a choice of around 5 bar and restaurant’s. 5-10 min walk uphill to town square with a few more restaurants and bars. 「Anreise war an einem Sonntag gegen 19 Uhr; es fehlte an der Grundausstattung: kein Toilettenpapier, Kaffeemaschine war nur ein Wasserkocher, keine Geschirrtücher, Abwaschputzschwamm/ Tuch waren nicht vorhanden, dreckiges/kaputtes Geschirr. Nur bedingt geeignet für Hunde, Zugang zur anderen Mietwohnung führte über das gemietete Gelände/ nicht separat abgetrennt! Keine deutschen TV Sender, keine Einzelbettdecken, Silikonfugen in Küche porös und schimmelig. Keine Liegemöglichkeiten im Garten!...

「This was a perfect location for our trip to Lake Garda. We had a car so it was easy to access Desenzano historic centre, grocery stores and train station. The property was quiet and had good parking. Unfortunately our rental was too big to get it easily into the underground parking but there was plenty of on-street free parking during out trip in June.」

「This property is a great option vs. staying in the center of Salo, especially if you prefer an apartment to a hotel. It has excellent views of the lake and Salo across the narrow bay, a large balcony, modern kitchen, washing machine and updated bathroom. While there is a busy road in front of it, the traffic was not noticeable at night while sleeping. 「Don’t hesitate to book this property . Just book it! Lovely and clean. Very comfortable beds. Air con really efficient and much needed (30-34 degrees when we were there. Fabulous location on the canal with a patio with fabulous views. Property very near to bus stop(3 min walk) ferry(5min walk), train (15min walk). Guenda, our lovely host was super to communicate with following booking and greeted us on arrival to explain practicalities and offer good advice and was contactable for any queries...

「Wir waren mit dem Apartment in Maderno sehr zufrieden. Nicht weit zum Strand und zum Supermarkt. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Wir können das Apartment weiterempfehlen. (Verreist als Familie mit drei Kindern im August 2025)」

「Pros: Die Wohnung ist ganz neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt 2 Bäder, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Lage der Wohnung hat uns besonders gut gefallen, Restaurants und die Innenstadt von Garda sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin ist total hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell. Check-In hat problemlos funktioniert, da wir alle Informationen dafür vorab bekommen haben. Ein eigener Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Das Highlight war die Aussicht...
