This spacious home has enough space for two families, who are looking to vacation together. Families can take turns cooking and keeping an eye on the kids. This 5-bedroom, 3 full bath home is spread out over 3 floors of living. Enter the main level with the beautiful open-concept and updated kitchen with counter seating. The large living room includes a woodburning fireplace with three sliding glass doors that access the wraparound deck. There is a large dining room perfect for the whole family, and a master suite with a king bed on the main floor. Going downstairs? Enjoy a second family room complete with mini-fridge and coffee maker, television, another full bathroom, 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and twin over full bunk bed, and pool table.

On the top floor is and oversized loft looking over the main floor, 2 bedrooms, one with 2 full beds and the second bedroom has a twin over twin bunk, and a full bathroom. The loft includes a pullout sofa-bed as well as a table and chairs set.
This house has a kitchen that is stocked with all of the necessities needed to cook a hearty breakfast or delicious dinner for the entire family and boasts a coffee bar. ****Please Note: This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 6 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there.
