「Ravis de notre court séjour à Alpen Roc. Déco type châlet très sympa. Literie comfortable, hôtel silencieux, nous avons bien apprécié le 'All inclusive', goûté, bar, centre de remise en forme. On ne peut que recommander.」

「Séjour décevant .Accueil lent et peu convivial, personnel pas disponible, dilettante . Difficile d'obtenir un renseignement car jamais personne à la réception. 「Nous avons reçu une chambre spacieuse avec un balcon donnant sur le pied des pistes. L'établissement est très agréable et bien équipé. L'ensemble est propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Enfin, les lieux offrent de belles possibilités d'activités. Je serai curieux de le tester en hiver...」

「Par où commencer tout d’abord chambre très petite , concernant l’hygiène poile et cheveu dans la baignoire draps avec des poils, manque d’eau chaude et j’en passe.., heureusement le personnel a réagis et nous a changer de chambre, mais manque de chance télé non fonctionnelle.Concernant l’espace bien être, jacuzzi tiède/froid (ce n’est pas de la faute du personnel car soucis technique) mais qui aurais dû être précisé lors de l’appel pour la réservation, piscine assez froide donc tout les enfants...

「Great base, short walk to town centre and 5 minutes to ski lifts. We had young children and the walk from the lifts back to the accommodation with skis was too much, so worth renting a locker at the ski lifts」

「Très déçue ! Entre les photos de l'annonce et la réalité il y avait un fossé, la réception n'a rien voulu entendre ! En prime je vous épargne l'odeur de cigarette dans la chambre, ils m'ont proposé de faire venir le service de chambre pour essayer d'y remédier mais je doute que quelqu'un soit passé ! Sur le descriptif c'était lumineux et avec du parquet, mais la réalité était un carrelage blanc, hyper froid (pourtant en juin) et un vieux cliclac en guise de lit, avec dans le matelas un grosse...
