The staff are quite nice but they don’t have what is needed to deliver a great service.
Check in was poor. They couldn’t find my prepaid booking so I was automatically expected to pay again. I insisted so they had to call the boss to confirm I had paid.
There’s no WIFI to be honest!!! If your WiFi can’t even last a minute then stop deceiving your customers. I had so much work to do but was let down.
For a hotel in GRA I was disappointed. The hotel has a lot of potential but it was obvious management aren’t interested in attention to detail.

I would stay there again
I stayed in the 1 bedroom suite. It was great for family. Wifi never went out even with the power outages it reconnected within seconds. So much food on the menu was unavailable. We bought groceries and cooked in the suites kitchen. The only smiling face in the place was the nice man at the front desk.

A work in progress.
The varying challenges of doing business in Nigeria is limiting the type of service I believe this hotel wants to offer. The room I stayed in could do with a bit of repair plus the closet space was too small to fit most of my clothes. I'd suggest that the hotel changes the towels in their bathroom. In all a fairly comfortable stay and I got what I paid for.
