「We loved the property, the location was perfect. Great sunsets, got to see a “green flash” for the first time. Grocery store nearby, close to the airport.Noelissa was wonderful in every way!The property needs some minor maintenance in a few areas. The deck does need a lot of work.The kitchen is very well equipped, everything you could need, including lots of spices. Overall this is a great villa for a Saint Lucia vacation.」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Banyan House. The grounds are beautiful, a perfect little place carved out of the rain forest. Peaceful and serene with plants and flowers everywhere. It’s a pleasant walk to the two beaches. We enjoyed the open air arrangement of Banayan House. Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating. It was fun to hear about the history of the house and property from Uta. I would highly recommend Balenbouche Estate to others. Thanks for a great stay! 」

「The overall experience was good for the property itself and we found the manager to be accommodating when we wanted to check in early. We also found Laborie (the local village) to be wonderful, with friendly people and an awesome local beach. Check-out was easy and super no-fuss. There were a couple of things that detracted from the stay, however. The kitchen could have been cleaner on check-in some of the plugs might not have been working, and the oven took over an hour to pre-heat to 350F....

「There are several apartments in this villa. We were given the studio facing the beach park below our windows. During our weekend stay for 3 nights the noise level from the music/speakers in this park was unbearable, no help from earplugs, old windows were not closing at all, crowds of people were gathering right below our windows. At 2 am, we felt like in torture chamber with no escape from the noise. We travel a lot and can really tolerate noise, but not to this degree. The studio itself is not...
