「We stayed at this listing for five nights and coincidentally our friends had the unit next door (also owned by the host) so 11/10 recommend coordinating for larger groups because it was truly so much fun! The location is so perfect since we attended a wedding at Grace River Island Resort. Jess was so reachable and personable with quick responses and even accommodated an early check in. 「Communication with the host was so easy. She was very responsive to all messages and even gave us some recommendations for dining out. Extra nice touch of leaving some snacks and bottled water out. Plenty of towels and linens provided. Ample parking. Nice little patio to enjoy the beautiful weather. We definitely plan to be back!」

「Arrived on site at 4 PM. Called and texted homeowner many times with no response.Home finally texted back four hours later with a code to only the downstairs area. Said they could not talk right now. Play says it will sleep 20 people. We had 12 seven beds. No single beds as it said.. We had people sleeping on loveseats and couches for five days. Location was great. Could be a great rental. Place was a mess. Sheets and covers were on the patio in a pile from last renters. No toilet paper into the...

「We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful community. The community centre, gym, lagoon pool and restaurant/bar were exceptional. Great pickleball courts. The property is a new construct and furnishings are also new. Very comfortable stay overall. Beach amenities such as chairs, umbrella, pull wagon and towels were supplied.A few essentials were missing in the kitchen (which we had to buy) and there wasn't any lighting above the dining table which required us to procure small table lighting....

「We spent the month of March at this unit in Bonita Isles. Our daughter, son-in-law and their 2 kids joined us for some of the time as well as my mother-in-law. The unit is nice and big to comfortably have 6 people. The place was well equipped inside and has all the beach and pool toys as well. The resort style pool was fun for the entire family. The only slight negative was the unit is quite dark and doesn't get a lot of natural light. Overall I would highly recommend this location.」

「We rented this house for two months in the winter of 25. The home is beautiful and clean. Jana was very friendly, responsive and a pleasure to work with. The kitchen is wonderful, the living room and bedrooms comfortable. The best part was the pool. It is very private separated from the neighbors by trees and foliage. On the back is a canal, on the west side is an empty lot. A lot of homes in Florida are built almost on top of each other and you can almost hear the neighbors snore but not here....

「Very spacious Coach home located in the Quarry. Many activities to do bocce ball, pickle ball, gym, resort/lap pool. Great outdoor bar and fine dining. Coach home is beautifully decorated - three bedrooms plus a den/office. We enjoyed our glass of wine on the lanai watching Deer and turkeys walk by. Back of home backs up to a conservation area. 「Was a great location for what I needed. Quiet area had no problems leaving or coming back to home. Host was absolutely awesome. Do not hesitate to pick her properties. Was very helpful when asked questions about where I could find some local spots. Food trucks near home were a huge bonus! Clean and well put together. My group who stayed with me had no complaints either. Made this trip very easy on me. 」
