「良かった点: 施設がきれい・室内の設備が説明の通り良い・静か・周辺の道路が広く車で出入りしやすい・併設のACホテルの前にいる人(たぶん案内とかしてる係りの人)がとにかく親切・小さいスーパーやスタバ、パン屋さん、美容院などちょっとしたお店が敷地内にあって便利・外だが敷地内に喫煙所あり 残念だった点: 説明欄に空港送迎ありと記載あり選んだが、今はやっていないと言われた。併設ACホテルにシャトルバスがあったので、もしかしたら利用できるかもしれないが確認していない。チェックインが遅い時間になったので、受付に人がおらず苦労した。」

「Communication was easy and fast with the owner, they have the option to leave a key in lockbox for you. This property was pretty big! The whole home sleeps at least eight people, if not more. There is an upstairs ( multiple bedrooms and 1 bath) and a downstairs, a full kitchen, sitting area, a dining area, and a little living room. 「We loved this little spot! It was a great place to land after our flight. Very close to downtown Alajuela, which meant that we could walk out our door in the morning and find a nice cafe and good food at the Central Market. Our only challenge was that the traffic was quite loud overnight; my partner had a hard time sleeping, even with the provided earplugs. I recommend this location for sure for heavy sleepers.」

「The airport shuttle did not show up to the airport so we had to hire a taxi. This was quite frustrating as I had inquired more than 24 hours regarding the free shutte service as requested. The front desk staff did refund us for the taxi fee but be aware that the shuttle is not logoed. Be sure to communicate with the Country Inn as to how to catch the free airport shuttle ahead of time to prevent a lengthy wait for nothing.」
