"Sue and Terry are the consummate hosts. Friendly and very helpful, but respectful of their guest’s privacy. They went the extra mile to help this cyclist locate a patch kit on a Sunday: they had one! The inner tube got repaired, but, alas, the tire had a sidewalk cut. "The gite is set in a green, well kept hamlet with picnic tables outside each gite for you to enjoy breakfast in the sun. The gite was clean and well organised; one thing to add, the stairs are a little steep so worth checking that for all members of your guest group. The owners couldn’t have been nicer, all in all a great base to explore this part of France."

"We spent a leisurely 12 days in this comfortable home. Patricia and her family made us feel immediately welcome. The bedrooms have views of the chateau. Inside, the house is very quiet; stepping out front we were always greeted by melodic bird songs. It is a two minute walk to the Brest-Nantes canal with lovely walking paths on both sides, and a 5-10 minute walk to the center restaurants and boulangeries. We could not have been happier with our stay."
