「Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort offers a serene escape with stunning views of Lake Victoria. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, providing a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and attentive, though service can be slow during busy times. The food was excellent although, as above, the service could be improved.」

「ベランダからのビクトリア湖の眺望がとても良い。 但し、部屋による。従業員はフレンドリーで良い。 事前に空港でのピックアップをメールで依頼するが音沙汰なし。 結局、ホテルの無料送迎サービスが受けられず個人で手配した。」

「After staying one night, I had to stay again for a couple of more nights at the end of the trip. The service and the accommodations were great. It was also close to a mall and a craft market. They also include an airport shuttle which is very convenient.」

「空港からの送迎10＄、まあ妥当でしょう。両替後、そのドライバーから“Japan,Samurai"とか言って、チップの請求。習慣なら従おう、と言われるままの額をウガンダ紙幣で渡す。後で換算してみると、6＄位に相当。これは、高過ぎではないか？本人は1食分だとか言ってたが、後日、地方のレストランで食事をしたら、その半分以下だった。部屋に荷物を置き、さて一服とタバコを吸っていたら、別のスタッフがやって来て、また“Japan"を連発しながら、タバコのおねだり。 後で、ウガンダについての解説を読むと、サファリドライバーのような例外を除き、チップの習慣は無い、レストランでも不要と書いてあった。するとこのホテルのスタッフの連中は、一体何だ！？」

「Customer service was excellent. Any small issue we had was resolved quickly and courteously. Breakfast was nice and brought to our room on time. The bathroom was small, but the water heater worked fine. The room was spacious. The balconies were not all finished, but the view of the lake was lovely. 」

「Most of the facilities and services were satisfactory, but the hotel lacked consideration for golf players regarding check-out times. Even if start playing golf at 7 am when the golf course opens, at least 4 hours of play time is needed and extra 1 hour for showering and check-out preparation, but I was asked to check out at 10 am, and even if late check-out was allowed, I was asked to check out by 11:30 am at the latest. I think this is because the hotel, (they say 'Golf Resort'), does not...
