"Property is about 10 mins walk from the Bus station and Hotel does not provide shuttle to and fro, hence it is inconvenient to pull fhe luggage during winter time to the hotel. The back door of the hotel helps for quick access to the Yubate. Morning and Dinner buffet offer a very good spread but there is no need to book half board for more than 1 night as menus are largely the same. "

"The hotel is very close to the center of town. They also offer transportation. The staff was super sweet and helpful and the room comfortable. You do sleep on the floor if you get a traditional Japanese room, but it was not bad. The hot springs are not tattoo friendly."

"Very closed to the bus station, which was about 5 mins walk. The hotel is building with old architecture, but with modern updates. It was an easy check-in process. Our room was really nice and spacious. The room was clean, but my blank had a small stain on the blanket. The wifi is really good. There is a public onsen on the lower floor for guests to enjoy. We reserved a 45 mins private onsen for 3200 yen. It was well worth it! The room was roomy and clean. It has a private shower and bathroom....

"I want to start off by saying I had a nice visit, I did the half board option and the food was plentiful and very tasty. Lots of variety, the sushi was not good and their take on Western food isn't great but the Japanese food is awesome. 2 different Onsen areas that alternate gender daily so you can try both. "Communication issues,however the lady was accommodating and tried her best to attend to my needs. Matress was hard,pillows are very small with grains. "スタッフの方の対応が最高でした。特に韓国の方か中国の方か分からないのですが、そちらの女性スタッフさんがちょっとしたトラブルなどを丁寧に対応して下さって本当に素晴らしかったです。チェックイン・アウトもスムーズでした^^* 立地も、少し歩けば湯畑なので観光しやすかったです！少し欲を言うと、仕方がないことなのかもしれないのですが、温泉で温まっても脱衣場から部屋までの間で少し体が冷えてしまったりもあった為、廊下や温泉のある1階・脱衣場がもっと暖かかったら良かったなと思います！"
