Would have been nice if they had let us know that the power was going to be out for 4 hours on one of the days we were there when we made the booking rather than whilst we were there.. "Great location, right next to the Bukit Bintang mall! I see location as a plus but some others might point out that texi always get stuck in traffic in that area. The hotel itself is very well designed. It is also being upkeeped in good condition. My room was very, very good. On negative sides I can say that I didn't like their breakfast buffet. But since I wasn't going to eat hotel food to begin with that part didn't bother me. Hotel is very expensive in Malaysian money. Again this also did...

"Good stay and good location . Unfortunately, not easy to find by the crab taxi and in the maps! Quite a confused location as the signs no obvious at the main road. Easy way is mentioned stop at the Nanara Tun Razak building and cross opposite. That is the easy way . Air-co at Master bedroom has needed refill as no cold as infact hot heat coming out. Overall is a good place and this building still new ( under construction work going on) and not clear signs panel inside this buildings ."
