Brilliant stay with everyone who worked there being professional, courteous, friendly and really helpful. The breakfasts were cooked to order alongside a plentiful continental offering. Loved the little touches like a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and complimentary minibar. Position of the hotel is perfectly positioned between the Old town and Jewish Quarter so getting about isn’t a problem. We treated ourselves to airport transfers and arranged with them to be picked up at the airport in a Rolls Royce. Great experience and highly recommended. Will look forward to staying at the Loft again on our next visit to Krakow

Fantastic hotel and and we couldnt have asked for anything more. Great location, just around the corner from Grzegórzki train station (one stop on from the main station) and about 3 minutes walk from the main square, with plenty to see on the way. The rooms are beautiful and very roomy (we were in room 32). Great pod coffee machine , mini fridge with complimentary soft drinks and a bottle of fizzy wine on arrival. Great shower, which is always a winner! Robes & slippers provided in the room for the sauna & hot tub. The staff were incredible, each one of them. So friendly & helpful, nothing was any trouble. Finally the breakfast was delicious & there were no issues asking for a breakfast pack up on the day we headed for Auschwitz and got picked up at 630am! Would highly recommend anyone to stay here, we loved it!

Reception staff were great. Location of hotel not too bad. Breakfast and restaurant was great. Noise from trains and trams kept me awake at times. Rooms were very dark even with all the lights on. No real shelf/storage space in bathroom ( which frustrated the wife) 3 hangers on an open metal frame in room is never enough but I think you could request more. Complimentary bottle of fizz on arrival but wasn't in fridge......strange. only one bedside light switch so if my wife got up she had no option to put a light on straight away. Room functions worked off a tablet , which once we got used to it worked well. Our bathroom door was damaged from something like a punch, and it's coating was peeling on the other side. Hallway to our room had alot of damage to walls, this continued on other floors too. Overall some places needed some TLC. Other concern was anyone could walk in to hotel and access floors due to no key security in lifts or too stairs etc. But overall was ok

I liked the room although it was quite cold. All of the amenities you would expect in the room, a shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries on would improve it further. The towels were quite hard. I Loved the hot tub on the roof but did not make the most of this as was only there for a short break and wanted to see the old market square and visit Austwitz. The system for controlling the heating/lighting was confusing for us oldies!. Hotel all in all was convenient for transport/shops but a bit noisy with trams/trains etc. Staff did their best to please and were helpful if you asked anything.

Aside from reception staff who were (mostly) helpful and friendly, the service was terrible (restaurant staff very rude) the restaurant food was tasteless and breakfast options were poor. We stayed in a deluxe room which was far from deluxe. Missold on the “free minibar” which had only 4 small mixers and tap water, coffee and tea facilities were poor with only one coffee pod, one packet of sugar, and one (herbal) tea bag supplied each - which was not restocked unless requested. The facilities were not great - there were badly damaged walls and furniture in the room and hallways, and an awful buzzing sound coming from a vent. No bedside lights or desk lights and room very dark even with all lighting switched on. Poor quality toiletries - the handwash caused our skin to dry out, the dressing gowns were old, ripped and didn’t match. Towels were old, thin, stained and had holes/frays. Mattress was very old it had deep dips from where others have slept. And the technology was a gimmick with everything including lights operated via a phone which constantly crashed, the blinds also opened without warning creating a privacy issue. TV had only Polish channels and restricted volume very low meant we could not hear it. The only positive to this hotel was the jacuzzi on the roof, but honestly not worth staying here for.

Staff very friendly and check-in was easy. Our room was great. The addition of the hot tub on the rooftop is nice however there isn’t a reservation system in place so each time we tried to use it, there was already somebody in it. Body wash and hand soap were provided in the room but not shampoo/conditioner which would also have been a nice addition. Overall a great stay and we would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, it has a great bar serving excellent pizza, the staff were great also. The hot tub on the roof was amazing after you had a busy day walking, this will definitely be our first choice hotel when we return to krakow. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely little hotel
Great little hotel in a good location near to main square . Staff very friendly and helpful. Free bottle of Prosecco and free mini bar(soft drinks) was a nice little touch. Roof top hot tub gave excellent views . Cannot fault and would happily stay again.
