At Diamond Resorts, the safety and well-being of our guests and team members is of utmost concern. We remain diligent in our commitment to provide a safe, hospitable environment for all who visit our properties. Please read below for the latest developments relating to Diamond and our response to COVID-19.
The Point at Poipu offers oceanfront elegance with accommodations featuring spacious balconies overlooking the garden or the ocean. Relax and enjoy the separate sitting areas and fully equipped kitchens. The beautifully appointed master bath features twin sinks, separate shower and deep soaking bath. Additional in-room amenities include entertainment center, laundry facilities with washer and dryer and internet access. Air conditioning is in the bedrooms only.
Approximately 1,300 square feet, this Two-Bedroom Garden View features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen or 2 Twin Beds in the guest bedroom, Sleeper Sofa within the living area including a full kitchen, dining area and 2 bathrooms. Maximum of 6 occupants.
Fees Due Upon Check-in:
- At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required that must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $29.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit). Resort Fee includes
Wi-Fi, parking, fitness center, business center computer/internet, boarding pass printing and free local calls.
Notice:
All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standards is our top priority.
The check- in time is 4 p.m. ET at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. ET. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation.
As you exit airport on Ahukini Road (570), go straight (west) after first traffic signal at intersection of Ahukini Road (570) and Kapule Highway (51). Continue for 1 mile. At second traffic signal at intersection of Ahukini Road (570) and Kuhio Highway (56), turn left. Stay in far right lane. Kuhio Highway (56) merges into Kaumualii Highway (50). Continue west for 6.6 miles. Look for signs to “Koloa-Poipu.” At intersection of Kaumualii Highway (50) and Maluhia Road (520), turn left into "Tunnel of Trees." Continue for 2.8 miles. At intersection of Maluhia Road (520) and Ala Kinoiki (Koloa-Poipu Bypass) Road, turn left. Continue for 2.7 miles. At intersection of Ala Kinoiki Road and Poipu Road, go straight to Pe'e Road. Continue on Pe'e Road for .3 miles to The Point at Poipu on your left.
Please note by purchasing this listing you agree that there may be a chance for an 'Upgrade' to your unit for a larger unit that will fit the same amount of people. If this is the case, we will upgrade your room without question, free of charge. Therefore, depending on the length of your stay and unavailability of rooms, you may be upgraded to a larger suite during your stay with us.
Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are always open 24 hours respond to your requests.

Auxiliary parking is available for guests, no charge, one vehicle permitted per reservation.
*** Pet Policy ***
Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.
*** Smoking Policy ***
All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
*** Housekeeping Policy ***
Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee.

This resort offers Braille signage (i.e. elevators, room numbers), handicap parking, first floor access ramps, and a portable pool lift.

Some units include lever h angles on all doors, visual doorbells, visual fire alarm, visual phone alert, counter-height microwave, front control stove or range, roll-under bathroom. sink, roll-under kitchen sink, roll-in shower, handheld shower head, grab bars in shower, grab bars in tub, grab bars around toilet, front door wide-angle wheelchair height peephole, and Braille signage for room numbers.
Some suites include visual doorbells and visual fire alarm.
