「Your close to many things that your able to walk to. The location is awesome. Easy to get to the beach, shopping etc. very clean condo. The only bad thing is that the property manager or owner is extremely hard to get in contact with him. We stayed January 2024.」

「Excellent location in central Patong. Wonderful views of city and mountains one side. Ocean view other side. Everything provided with great TV and internet. Maintenance of condo leaking air conditioning and old cabinets in bathroom is required. 」

「We absolutely loved staying here and hope to do so again. We loved the Klong Muang area and this is the best place to stay. Our host was great and a really nice guy. He owns several units and lives right at the property so if there were any problems, he's right there to handle it. We had no issues at all, however. 「Cons - Limited, Cheap, Useless Cooking Tools - there was a single electric inductive hot plate to cook on, the frying pan supplied was NOT inductive, the 3 cooking utensils were cheap, fragile and too flexible, 2 of the cheapest most useless knives from IKEA that didn’t cut anything, and a pair of scissors」

「We just spent 8 days at Christophe’s condo in south Kamala beach. The property was modern and clean. A few things would have been nice like more pillows (there were only 4 total with pillow cases) and hand and bath towels. For the three of us we found it spacious and comfortable. The views from the large wrap around balcony were very nice. It was nice to have a table and many chairs out there. It’s definitely more than 3 minutes to a beach you can swim at. I would say a solid 10-15 minutes....
