THAT'S the experience we've designed this Pacific Northwest home to recreate.

• Outside the game room is a small gated dog run for your doggos to do their duty.

After action-packed days golfing or exploring waterfalls, lakes, and trails, come home to gather in the great room by the stone fireplace.

• Bedroom 2 – King bed with memory foam mattress, sound machine, large closet and dresser for storage, 55” flat-screen TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu.
• Bedroom 3 – Queen bed with memory foam mattress, sound machine, large closet for storage, 55” flat-screen TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu.
• Bedroom 4 - Queen bed with memory foam mattress, sound machine, large closet for storage, 55” flat-screen TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu, work station with desk, ergonomic chair, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and printer.

Laundry
• Brand-new, EXTRA-large washer and dryer

There are two cameras on site. One at the front door and one on the external garage keypad. These are used only for assisting guests who may have trouble getting into the home. Both are external and cannot see into the home.
