Inside, the great room boasts bright and beachy decor, a dining area for 8, an open kitchen with countertop seating, and a king en suite with private deck access, all offering more ocean views. A convenient half bath can be found on the landing between the top and mid levels.

The mid level offers 4 more comfortable bedrooms, including a king en suite, a queen bedroom with a covered private deck, a bedroom with 2 twins, and a pyramid bunk bedroom with covered deck access.

The community of Schooner Ridge offers 3 community pools, including the oceanfront community pool directly across the street, another outdoor pool beside the indoor facilities/clubhouse, and an indoor pool that is open year-round from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (off-season hours vary). Schooner Ridge also offers many other family-friendly amenities, including a playground, tennis courts, a game room with a pool table and air hockey, a fitness room, and more.

This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes. ONE Small dog under 30lbs, NO CATS allowed.

For your convenience, Daisy Duck provides sheets, towels, and bed making. Please note, bed making will not be provided for 2025.
