"Staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful inside with plenty of facilities including restaurants, pool, laundry services and a Disney store. Free buses outside hotel to Maihama train/bus station or to the Disney shuttle station which is also just 5 minutes walk which takes you to Disneyland or DisneySea entrances and not that expensive. Rooms were big with a four beds for each of us two adults and two children and lots of amenities. View of water from balcony was lovely. It was a lovely hotel to come back to after a busy day at parks and kids were so sad to leave and would absolutely stay there again. "

"Great location. Across the street from Shinagawa Station. Food court and 7-11 downstairs was convenient for family traveling. Shinagawa is also a stop for Bullet train. "

"The hotel is super nice. The room had a ton of bed in it. Set of bunk beds, two large size twin beds and two regular twin beds. That being said, there wasn't much room for all of our bags. Hotel itself was super easy to get to Disney. Staff was all really nice and helpful. It would be nice if they had an ala carte option for breakfast in the morning besides the buffet. If you are doing Disney, you can't beat the location and close it is for not being a Disney Resort hotel."
