"We were given a first floor room and guests were in the lobby until 2:30 am. Talking and carrying on so loudly- worst night sleep ever. The accommodations were fine but you think the desk would've done something about the noise. The guests carrying on in the lobby acted as if they were the only ones ..."

"House was large and quite adequate for our 21 people. Nice weather allowed for several hikes even over New Years. Great views and sunrises. Sunroom off kitchen was popular early morning spot. Large first floor area allowing game area, food prep area football watching"
