"The hotel was excellent. We had a Lakeview room. The bathroom did have an odd smell of sewer, but we didn’t care, The area around the pool was under construction, but we did use it. I’m sure it’ll be nice once it’s done."

"This review is for the Jungfrau Hotel Annex, a separate two-story building from the main hotel, located about 500 meters away. Our Annex room was clean and comfortable. "Excellent breakfast. Beautiful location. The view from the breakfast hall looking down on the castle/town is wonderful. Bus 65 stop Spiez Grueb is about 3 minutes walk from hotel. It takes approximately 10 minutes to and from the bahnhof in Spiez. The selection of music channels on the tv is great."

"Had a great time with friends and children at this hotel. The pool and kids rooms are great. The breakfast was good but would have loved more home made or local options. We had booked a comfort appartement which was the good size for a family of 4. However, in the bedroom, we had 2 separate twin beds for adults (in each corner of the room), which I found a bit odd. Apart from that, the view was stunning! "

"Super quiet area. The staff was nice and the rooms were quite nice. We booked two different bedrooms and one of them was smaller but it was still comfortable. Breakfast was a plus (saved us time/money). It is a 5 min walk from interlaken west and 15 min walk to interlaken ost. "

"This hotel's strongest asset is it is super close and easy to get to and from the train station with a short walk. The room is small but comfortable. The view from the balcony was wonderful. Breakfast was great as well. This hotel just needs a little update and it would be even better. That being said, it was still and good experience!"
