Perfect Spot
Great location with all amenities provided. Conveniently located to all of your Outer Banks adventures! Daniel was an excellent host, very attentive to all of our needs. I spoke with him extensively on the phone very polite and communication was excellent. He made our outer banks vacation a success, highly recommend!

No frills stay that fot the family
Enough room for 3 adults and 3 kids. The location is 8 min walk to the beach. It is on the busiest street in the OBX - so it is loud. Multiple little things were not perfect - thus no frills. The property is priced to account for that.

Great house
This was a great place to stay while visiting KDH. The house was very clean upon arrival. As a family we decided to drive to the public access point and it worked out well. It was a nice walk to the beach to watch the sunrise. Daniel was very kind and communicative. We had everything we needed at the house. We brought a couple of sound machines for the bedrooms and it worked great for the road noise.

Clean Beach House
Thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful beach home, located very close to fantastic OBX beaches. Found our stay relaxing for my family. Appreciated host recommendations for restaurants.

Decent house but…
The house itself was fine; pretty minimal supplies such as towels, soap, etc. this house is on an EXTREMELY BUSY, LOUD 4-lane highway. Sounded like a monster truck rally at all hours!! Foot high weeds and stickers filled the yard, so it was hard to take our small dog out to go potty.

long weekend getaway
My girlfriend, some friends and myself (totaling 6 of us) spent 4 nights here and had more than enough space, great location for daytime or nighttime activities, grocery shopping, and beach accesses. Daniel was very available and quick to answer any messages, and the property looked and smelled very clean upon arrival.

Family Beach Vacay
My family and I were able to enjoy a wonderful beach vacation! This house is clean, roomy, and as described. It is conveniently located off the main road and within walking distance of public beach access. The owners were kind, friendly, honest, and great communicators. Would recommend to anyone and am considering it again.

Great family trip!
My family of 5 adults, 2 children, and 2 dogs had a great trip and all fit comfortably in the house. Everything was easy from the time of booking to check out. There was great communication throughout. We had one small issue that was very quickly reconciled. We definitely recommend this home and hope to visit again in the future!

Great owner
Daniel was great. He called before the trip to make sure arriving went smoothly. And texted me in the middle of the week to check again. The place was clean and smelled great. The beds and couch were comfy. One of the things I look for when I stay somewhere is the furniture. Is there ample comfy places for my kids to relax after a busy day? The big sectional couch and recliner were perfect and just what my kids needed. It was a short walk to the beach. We decided to drive instead. There is parking if you get to the beach before 10:30 and after 6. It was a busy street but that didn't really bother us. Daniel was so considerate. After we came home he sent me a text letting me know he found my child's tablet and offered to mail it back to me. I was so impressed by his thoughtfulness. I thought the tablet would be gone forever. What a kind gesture.

Great property for our family getaway
We loved everything about this house, even though it's right off a main road. It had a great floor plan and every amenity we needed (and a bunch more we didn't use). It also was pet-friendly, which was super important to us. The host was so helpful and went out of his way to help us with a small problem we had. We are so appreciative of that type of assistance. This home is thoughtfully maintained. We all had a great time! Highly recommend it!

House smelled like cigarettes
Upon entering the beach home all we could smell was cigarettes. Linens smelled like cigarettes. House is supposed to be smoke free obviously was not prior to our arrival. Master comforter looked dirty not washed. Broken drain in master bath, broken toliet paper holder in master bath. Ants all over counter in kitchen. Couldn't keep any food on counter or eat there. The location is awful. All you hear is traffic and so can never get in drive way due to it backing up from lowes traffic. Roaches on porch. Ants in children's bunk beds. Freezer had an awful smell upon arrival. Linoleum coming up in kitchen. Poorly maintained property for price we payed. Very dissatisfied.

Overall great
The only two issues were the master bed was not comfy and the AC wouldn't keep up with how hot it was but overall we would stay again. Very clean and convenient to everything. Thank you

Outer Banks
For the purpose of our trip (wedding), this was a great place. We were .3 miles from our friends (bride and groom) and about .5 from the beach. Groceries were convenient and traffic to get in and out of drive wasn’t bad. Road noise from main road was loud so couldn’t really enjoy the deck and also the 2 bedrooms on that side of the house were a little loud. Would recommend and would stay again.

Very nice place to stay
We had a great experience staying here! We noticed they didn't have dish towels or oven mitts. I emailed them and in 2 hrs they had them at our door. A few of their appliances need updated and replaced (broken microwave handle) but for a place to stay at that isn't crazy expensive like everywhere else its reasonable that their stuff isnt top dollar. Definitely would come back.

Nice home in the heart of Outer Banks
House is right next to the Wright's Museum. There was plenty of room for the 7 people of the family. The beach is about 8 minutes away on foot. Easy communication with the owner.

The perfect home.
This house was a home. We walked in and it we so cozy and perfect. It was clean and updated. It had all the amenities we needed. And it was conveniently located, close to the beach, and shopping . We would definitely refer others to vacation at this home.

Close to everything but tucked away from heavy foot traffic
Location next to the crosswalks was great for our family with small children. It is not right on the beach or right next to any big tourist attractions so we did not have people constantly walking by, but is on the main road and close enough to walk. Publix is right next door for convenient groceries (can walk) The home was tidy and had all the amenities we needed (towels/linens, dishes, pots and pans, etc) I appreciated the extra shampoo and other toiletries in case you forget something. Cute beachy decor. The road was a bit loud but that will be anywhere you stay down there along the main road, so wasn’t unexpected. The owners were very helpful calling before our trip and answering any questions.
