Property Management Could have been better
The house itself was nice, however the property management maintenance of the house was not good. The stove was not operating, so they had a huge counter top unit that they installed, which didn’t work very well. The carbon monoxide alarm was going off, which affected the alarm system. The refrigerator didn’t work, so they brought in 2 very small refrigerators, which neither worked very well. We were not able to make ice the entire weekend. The dishwasher didn’t work, it melted a piece inside and smelled terrible. We had techs in multiple times, which was disruptive. They had not cleaned up the deck or patio furniture and lots of trash around the outside of the house. We asked for compensation, which was not compensatory to the amount of inconvenience and it took over 30 days to receive. Their customer service in resolving the matter was more in line with “take it or leave it”. We were not impressed considering what we paid for the house.
