「The place was exactly as advertised. It needs a little love but the location is excellent and the staff very nice. The weather didn't cooperate so I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the property as much as I would have liked. . Cap Al has lots of beach items, chairs, beach towels for your use. Once again the location is excellent for beach walks and sunsets. It is walking distance to everything. I enjoyed my visit . Thank you 」

「We loved staying here for our five night getaway as a couple. Although we couldn’t enjoy the porch or pool due to the weather, it is really beautiful! The pool and the grounds are exceptionally well kept. There was someone there everyday maintaining the outdoor areas. The place itself is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the beach and restaurants. 「The property is very close to the beach- easy walk to the 8th St Access area. It was very clean and comfortable- we enjoyed our long weekend there!」

「Wonderful location, walking distance to restaurants, breweries, shopping, etc. We’ve stayed at this location twice, most recently under a new owner and it’s clear they are committed to making your stay a fantastic experience. Bed is not very comfortable, but everything else is terrific! Hoping they upgrade the bed and then looking forward to our next stay!」

「We will be staying again. Many positives. But a couple negatives. The pillows are paper thin. I stacked 4 to have a volume of a single pillow at home. Second is my room smelt like syrup. Took some getting used to. 」
