Featuring 2 beds 2 full baths with Private Pool, Tiki, and Outdoor Bar & Grilled with maximum occupancy of 5 people. This secret gems is perfect for small family of 5 or two couple with 1 kid. This house has private dockage of 38 ft. of Max Length. Whether you're an angler looking for dockage and quick access to both the Gulf and the Atlantic or a traveler seeking relaxation and fun in the Florida Keys, this cozy & quite home has it all. Sip your morning coffee or unwind with your favorite cocktail under the inviting Tiki Hut, and or outdoor Bar & Grilled.

Fully equipped kitchen to make your getaway feel like your own comfort home. Each bedrooms are on the opposite side for privacy. We have king size bed in the master bedroom. Two Full beds and one day bed/twin in guest bedroom. Washer & dryer are outside next the house.

Check-in on Saturday/Sunday depending on the availability. Check in time is no earlier than 4 PM. Check-out time is at 10 AM. Rental 7 nights minimum as the requirement for the City of Key Colony Beach. Only One Boat Trailer allowed to park inside our property.

- $200 pet fee for one small non shedding dog allowed. No cats.
- $185 cleaning fee
- $165 Chiller or Heated Pool with advanced notice only! (We set the Pool temperature heated at 80 degrees all year round as complimentary but if needed to be warmer or cooler that’s is additional charge of $165)
