Situated 4 miles from the bustling town of Keswick, this area offers a great base to get out and explore the Northern Lakes and fells. The pretty village of Threlkeld is set at the foot of Blencathra with its pubs, golf course and cricket club, it is just over a mile away. A short drive from Derwent Water and Bassenthwaite Lake, why not enjoy some water sports, a cruise or why not captain your own boat for the day! Enjoy a day out at Mirehouse and Gardens or tick off some of the many Wainwrights in the area. There are so many activities locally, including indoor climbing and Breweries to visit.
This pretty, well-equipped shepherd hut is open-plan with a raised double bed, wall-mounted TV and a dining area looking out through the French doors over the Fells. The cute bijou kitchen area is perfectly equipped to rustle up a nice breakfast or romantic dinner with a combi-microwave and fridge. There is a shower room with WC off the main living space.
Head outside you will find a private seating area to the front of the property overlooking the Fells and a private hot tub which is delightful after a day out exploring. There is private parking for one car.
