"Perfect location although entrance easily missed. When walking uphill from the main square, there is a market and the next door is the place where the keys are in a lockbox. Be aware that there is very little in unprepared food available for purchase on Sundays in Greece. On 2nd floor w elevator. Ours did not have a view from the balcony."

"Great location next to the monasteries. Owner was very responsive to messages and provided information about the area. It’s a cute guesthouse with a little shared kitchen with fridge, stove top, coffee and kitchen utensils/ plates etc. The room was small but had a mini fridge and was well decorated. "Guesthouse Lithos is a welcoming, helpful & friendly place to stay. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Our room had a large balcony looking out towards the stunning Meteora. The room itself was very comfortable, a nice roomy double, with everything we needed. The guesthouse was located close to the village square, a geological museum and plenty of other dining options. Quaint, cozy and charming inn

"The location is spectacular - right up against the rocks. The owner/host is incredibly hospitable. He arranged/recommended a tour that picked us up at the hotel and took us to the monasteries so we didn't have to do the drive ourselves. The building is old but updated with modern comforts, so it's historical and comfortable at the same time."

Climbing trip

"4 of us stayed at this delightful property for a week of climbing. The accommodation and the location were perfect. Very comfortable with good facilities. Handy for village centre restaurants and also for the towers. I would strongly recommend."

Perfect stay!

"We’ve been traveling in Greece (return trip) for a few weeks. This may have been our nicest stay. First, a lovely room and setting. Second, the professionalism AND warmth of the staff. In particular, one member of our party needed a little help and she was well taken and genuinely taken care of by Doupiani House. Also, excellent breakfast."
