気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
we were very unsatisfied as from the very 1st day asked the staff and management to fixe the AC in the room as the remote was not working. They send the person on 3rd day did absolutely noting. we were freezing and had to use our coats.
Asked for the taxi ride and the staff can not use cell phone to call one.
water kept dripping from the roof made the carpet wet.
bath room was dirty .
room service was always 30 mints late . stayed 5 days with worst experience in Karachi will never come back or request this to any one specially foreign traveler. I paid for this 3 months in advance or i would have switched to another hotel.
please do not come to this hotel.
