Kapalua Golf Villa #25 T 6&7 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa located on the second level (Terrace Level) that offers central A/C and an in-unit washer/dryer. Although located on the second level, the complex is on a hillside, so you will have direct entry from your covered reserved parking stall, so no flight of steps up or down! Unit 25T 6&7 can accommodate up to 6 guests. Step inside the master bedroom and you'll find a comfortable king-size bed, flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom offering dual sinks and a new large custom walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features 2 twin-size size beds and your own flat-screen TV to enjoy! The guest bedroom offers private access to the lanai. The convenient en-suite guest bathroom has been newly renovated with beautiful marbled tile. The open floor plan is flooded with natural light and stunning views of the golf course and distant ocean views set the perfect backdrop for sunsets. The Kapalua Golf Villas offers guests 4 family-friendly pools and does not have resort or parking fees. The units will have stairs to climb either up or down to the front door and the complex does not have elevators. Staying in the prestigious neighborhood of Kapalua, you will enjoy being close to restaurants, tennis courts, two golf courses, the Golf Shop, the Tennis Shop, and beaches such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Oneloa, Honolua Bay, and more!

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 5-7 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
