(Comfortably sleeps a party of 2. We allow up to 3 guests. If you have a party of 4, please ask permission in advance. The couch bed is more suitable for children than adults.)

This top floor "get away" vacation home offers stunning oceanfront views and tropical breezes. This is one of the best beachfront spots in Kapa'a on private Waipouli Beach situated on the majestic Coconut Coast of Kaua'i. This studio has everything you'll need for a perfect Garden Isle vacation. Located at the popular Islander on the Beach Resort with an oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub and Tiki Hut bar, discover for yourself all the fun things to see and do walking distance away. This resort is next door to an open air restaurant and bar, "Lava Lava" featuring live music nightly, great food and specialty cocktails.There are many more shops and restaurants at the Coconut Marketplace just steps away on the other side of the parking lot. Islander also fronts a beach path for walking/running/cycling that goes for miles!

From this quiet location on the 3rd Floor of the Lobby Building, early risers will be rewarded with the most spectacular sunrises Kaua'i has to offer, and stunning moonrises in the evenings. Our unique setting captures a panoramic view of three Islander on the Beach's features: beautifully maintained grounds, the Tiki Bar with pool and spa, and just beyond, the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean!

Comfortably furnished in the Hawaiian style, and a kitchenette supplied with tools to prepare snacks and light meals. Many of our guests come back year after year for the breathtaking views and short walk to the waves. Enjoy the many unique features and amenities of Unit 305. You will delight in the ambiance of this tastefully decorated unit with its tropical touches, and that special feeling of island hospitality called aloha! Spend carefree days exploring the mystical and magical Island of Kaua'i. Dine at one of our recommended establishments or take in the fabulous lu'au at Kilohana Plantation. You can enjoy poolside BBQs and a lovely lanai overlooking the pool and ocean just beyond.

Unit 305 includes: Flat screen Smart TV; high efficiency Fujitsu air conditioner (A/C); wifi internet; coffee maker; undercounter fridge (2 ice machines on property); microwave; cutlery, serving ware and utensils; electric hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Please note there are no elevators on property. Free parking for our guests. This condo complex is centrally located to many popular island destinations. It's beautifully situated on its own private Waipouli Beach. By car, it's approximately 12 minutes to Lihue airport,50 minutes to Hanalei and 45 minutes to Poipu. Kaua'i, the Garden Isle, has so many beautiful sights to take in and Kapa'a is a great starting point to them all.

Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, free parking as our guest, pool, hot tub, and pool bar. This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a $70 fee per scheduled day. Please ask if you are interested in this service. If you need to do laundry there are Laundromats only a six to seven minute drive from the property.

*Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge.

*Every Kauai Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy.

*Guest will be charged $25 if more than 2 garbage bags are left in the unit and extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear.

*IMPORTANT: The standard number of allowed guests is 3. If you wish to add more guests to your trip, there is an extra person fee of $30 per guest beyond the standard allowed guests.

If you think there is a chance you will have to cancel your trip, please consider purchasing trip insurance from the company we recommend (Yonder Insurance) and mention Kauai Vision Rentals sent you. Yonder gives back with every travel insurance policy sold and was started with a social mission in mind. "We will feed a hungry child for a week with every policy purchased." Providing meals for kids in Nepal and Burma. As Yonder grows more meals are provided to these remote places.

Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately-owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals.

Wonderful view each day!
We very much enjoyed this top floor ocean-view efficiency apartment...great view from room and balcony, nice cooling unit for occasional retreat after a day in the sun, fun pool and poolside bar and nearby eateries.

Nice place in a great location
I was worried about staying in Kapa'a as other friends recommended other parts of the island, but we ended up loving this spot. It is right next to a little outdoor shopping area that saved us many times by being able to walk over and grab a drink, coffee, dinner, tylenol, etc. and the drives to all the places we wanted to go to were not bad at all. The place is on the smaller side, but not ridiculously small or anything. It was very clean and had a pretty nice view on the lanai. Parking was really easy. Really nothing to complain about. Would love to stay here again!

The place was cute and in a very pretty location, the bed was not very comfortable and the walls are pretty thin so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. But overall we had a nice stay check in and out was very easy beautiful views and very nice management.

Such a great place!
We absolutely loved staying at Kathy’s condo! The view was amazing. We sat out on the deck, many, many times listening to the surf at night and watching the waves during daylight. Location was perfect! We could walk to a whole bunch of restaurants and shops. We loved the town of Kapa’a! And we loved how centrally located the condo was as we drove often south to Poipu and north to Hanalei and the drive was never too long. The resort is very nice also! The condo is simple and sweet, we would definitely stay there again!

Great location
The property has a great view, close to everything and very practical. Just wish we had some additional kitchen appliances like a kettle hotplate (which unfortunately not allowed by the property it seems). Really enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful view
The condo was gorgeous and clean. The view was simply amazing.The beds were super soft and comfortable. The air conditioning was magnificent. The pool and bar area was perfection. There were a few details that could’ve been improved on. The staff would not help us in any way and we just needed a few minor items. Small details that would really improve the stay: a door mat to wipe feet at the door, an ice bucket to get ice ( due to lack of freezer in the unit), an extra set of pool towels, an entirely new coffeemaker. Overall, we had a great stay in this beautiful condo.

Hard time with TV and remote didnt work on our las night. 4 towels for 2 people for 9 days. Other than thst a good place to stay. Near restaurants, shops, a market. Pool and beach was awesome including the tiki bar.

Great spot in Kauai
Perfect location on the east side if you are looking to visit both the northern and southern parts of Kauai. This was a great home base with everything you could need nearby. Great happy hour deals at the pool bar as well! Highly recommend

Great view!
This property has a great view. A little worn and dated but still fit our needs. No elevator or washer and dryer is a bummer if you’re staying for awhile. The grounds are beautiful!

The view from the balcony was great! We needed new towels as we stayed 10 days and never got a response back from housekeeper. Also, air conditioner had been having a leaking problem for quite sometime based on the stain and musty smell of the couch. We alerted the rental agency, they sent someone to look at it, it continued, the agency then thought it was our fault, even though i told her this was obviously a longstanding problem. We gave up at that point and just lived with it.

Aston Islander on the Beach
Easy process, accurate description, location middle of East shore so easy to get everywhere on the island with our car rental. The beach where the hotel is is not safe to swim but beautiful!
